Accessible Platform Ticket (User + 1 Companion).

A ticket provides access to our raised viewing platform, specifically reserved for wheelchair users and individuals with mobility impairments or accessible needs who require a clear line of sight.

• What's included: 1 space on the platform for the accessible ticket holder, plus 1 seat/space for an Essential Companion.

• Important: To ensure this limited space remains available for those who need it, you will be required to provide valid proof of eligibility at the venue entrance.

• Multiple Bookings - If you fail to arrive or inform us info@festivaltralee.com that you cannot attend at the slot you booked then future slots you may have book will not be guaranteed

• Arrive / Depart - You can arrive & depart anytime between the allotted times

• Travel Access - If there is a ROAD CLOSURE in operation then you will not have vehicle access to the rear of the Ashe Memorial Hall. Even if you do access this parking area we cannot guarantee exit onto the road until the road closure has been lifted or until such time it is safe to exit.

• Finding it - The raised platform is located to the left of the main stage on Denny St beside the Sound booth. This is not a covered space so please ensure you are equipped for all weather. If you come to a Barrier, please get the attention of our Steward Volunteers or Security who will take you to the raised platform once you present you ticket.

   

  NOTE: If you arrive too late into the management of the event/gig we cannot guarantee access as this would be due to crowd control, time event management and safety procedures.
